Brasil apresenta 74 propostas de painéis para o maior festival de economia criativa do mundo. Ajude a escolher.

O Brasil apresentou 74 propostas de painéis para integrar a programação oficial do South By South West (SXSW), o maior festival de economia criativa do mundo, que é realizado anualmente em Austin (Estados Unidos). Com isso, o país ficou em terceiro lugar na proposição de conteúdo para a edição 2018 do festival, atrás somente do Reino Unido e do Canadá.

Alguns dos painéis propostos por brasileiros estão disponíveis para votação do público, até o dia 25 de agosto. A escolha do extenso conteúdo do festival – cerca de 2,2 mil apresentações ao longo de 15 dias de evento – é feita em parte pela votação do público e em parte pela curadoria do festival.

A Agência Brasileira de Promoção de Exportações e Investimentos (Apex-Brasil), em parceria com a equipe do festival, reuniu todas as propostas abertas para votação na lista abaixo. O objetivo foi facilitar a análise e a escolha de mais conteúdo brasileiro neste importante evento mundial.

Sobre SXSW

Cerca de 420 mil pessoas passaram pelo SXSW em março deste ano. O evento tem enorme relevância e impacto mundial, em termos de negócios e de lançamentos de tendências para os setores de interatividade, filmes, música e educação. Para se ter uma ideia, o festival lançou ao mundo aplicativos como Twitter, AirBnB e Uber.

Na edição de março desde ano, 1.153 brasileiros estiveram em Austin, fazendo negócios, relacionamentos, conhecendo e apresentando novas tendências. O grupo compôs a segunda maior delegação estrangeira do evento. Além disso, 68 empresas brasileiras integraram a delegação organizada pela Apex-Brasil e tiveram a chance de participar de rodadas de negócios e expor produtos, serviços e tecnologias inovadoras no Trade Show. O resultado chegou a US$ 37 milhões em negócios ao longo dos doze meses seguintes ao evento.

A delegação empresarial presente ao evento neste ano foi a maior desde que a Apex-Brasil começou a organizar a participação brasileira no festival, em 2014. O grupo era composto por empresas dos setores de audiovisual, produção publicitária, games, moda, design, marketing, música, tecnologia e entretenimento. Participaram companhias de pequeno e médio porte com potencial exportador ou já exportadoras e, dentre as 68, 21 eram startups.
